Delicia Ofikulu is a School Certifying Official and former Marine Corps Ammunition Technician, dedicated to aiding fellow veterans in their educational pursuits. With a Bachelor’s degree from UNC-Charlotte and experience as a VA work-study and VEST Mentor, Delicia is ready to excel in her role. Excited to support as a School Certifying Official, she is passionate about empowering veterans academically. Outside of work, Delicia enjoys family time and indulges in reading, hiking, traveling, and exploring different cuisines. She aims to thrive and make a difference in her position, ensuring veterans receive the assistance they need for success.
